How is aahza.com able to give cash rebates on my purchases ? [Top]

  • Thousands of online stores (Affiliate Merchants) spend advertising money to drive traffic to their sites.   When our members link to Affiliate Merchants through our website, we received advertising money from the Affiliate Merchants.  Aahza.com, instead of keeping all of it, thought it would be nice to share it with you and your favorite cause.

How do I get cash rebates? [Top]

  • It's simple!  Just sign up to become a member of aahza.com, then shop at one of the many stores that you know and trust .  Y ou simply click on the link of a store of your choice from our aahza.com website.

    Each store has a specified percentage or a fixed amount that they will rebate to you after we receive confirmation of the order.  For example, if you shop at Starbucks, you will earn 5% cash rebates.  If your total order i s $100, $5.00 will be  added to your aahza.com account when we receive confirmation from Starbucks.com.

How do I become a member? [Top]

  • Simple, choose a username and password to become a member and begin accumulating cash rebates.  It is fast and free.
How long does it take for cash rebates to be posted to my account after I have made an online purchase at Affiliate Merchant Store?
  • It can take between one and 30 days for us to receive confirmation from our merchants that your order has been processed.  If the rebate you have earned still has not posted after 30 days of purchase of your merchandise, please contact us.
How do I shop at your online Affiliate Merchant stores? [Top]
  • First, make sure you are logged in to the aahza.com web site.  Next, simply choose a store that you want to visit. 

Do I have to do anything special when checking out of an online partner store? [Top]
  • Not at all. As long as you have clicked on a link to an Affiliate Merchant store through the aahza.com web site and you are a logged-in member, you don't need to do anything special when you are checking out of a store and purchasing your items.  You don't need to email us confirmation of your purchase as we will receive confirmation from the merchant you shopped with.  We cannot credit your account with cash rebates on phone orders from any merchant.
Why doesn't my cash-back rebate show up when I'm checking out of a store? [Top]
  • Remember, we are a third party relative to your shopping at an Affiliate Merchant store, so a cash rebate will not show up in an Affiliate Merchant checkout process.  We receive confirmation from the Affiliate Merchant store when you make a purchase, then we credit your aahza account with the appropriate rebate amount.
What happens if I exchange a product or change an order that I placed online by telephone? [Top]
  • Unfortunately, if a product is exchanged or an order is changed via the telephone, our Affiliate Merchant will not credit aahza.com with a cash rebate for the original sale.  You must cancel the original order and re-place your order through aahza.com to insure you get the cash rebate.
May I use coupons that are featured at aahza.com when I shop at your Affiliate Merchant stores? [Top]
  • Absolutely!  Please remember to include the coupon code to receive the discount.  Aahza is not responsible for coupons that are expired or incorrectly redeemed by our members.
Do I have to be a member of aahza.com to shop at your online Affiliate Merchant stores? [Top]
  • Technically, you can click on any link to our online partner stores and still purchase items there, but if you are not a member of aahza.com, we can't give you cash rebates for your purchases because we have no way of tracking that you bought something through our website.  Becoming a member is free, fast and easy – and it pays.
How do I request my rebates? [Top]
  • You can go to your my account page and request a payment for the amount you have earned. After you fill in the necessary information, we will mail you a check or send payment by Paypal.  If the amount requested is less than $ 25.00, then there is a $1.00 processing fee.  If it is over $ 25.00, there is no processing fee.
What is the difference between "Pending Rebates" and "Approved Rebates"? [Top]
  • Pending Rebates are initially posted to your account upon confirmation from our Affiliate Merchants.  Pending Rebates stay in a "p ending" state for approximately 60 days.  Pending Rebates cannot be requested for payment.  In most cases after 60 days have passed since your purchase, the Pending Rebate Amount from that order will be changed to an Approved Rebate which can then be requested for payment.
Will I receive junk-mail or spam if I join aahza.com ? [Top]
  • We hate spam as much as you do, and when you join aahza.com, you have our promise that your name will never be sold or shared to a third-party marketing agency.  We do not send you mail unless you request that we send specials and coupons for your convenience.   You don’t have to disclose your email address in order to become a member of aahza.
How do I change my name, information, email address and/or password? [Top]
  • You can change your email address and/or password from the My Account page, subsection Profile.
What is PayPal? [Top]
  • PayPal is an online payment option with over 40 million members in 38 countries.  PayPal enables any business or individual with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online.  In order to receive your rebate through PayPal, your PayPal account must be verified.  This means that you have confirmed your identity by completing the required steps outlined by PayPal.
What are "My Notes"? [Top]
  • The aahza.com M y N otes feature helps keep your account organized !  It verifies that you clicked a link on aahza.com to get to one of our Affiliate Merchants, and gives you the ability to track your purchases. Every click will be recorded for your reference.   After seven days, all recorded click without your comments will be deleted. 
What if aahza.com doesn't offer the store I want ? [Top]
  • We work daily to ensure our members will enjoy a variety of goods and services from quality merchants.  If you would like to recommend a store, simply email our customer care.  We will do everything possible to add your merchant.
What is My Cause Contribution Program? [Top]
  • At aahza.com, we want to give you the option to support your favorite cause easily.   Instead of making a contribution by reaching into your pocket or writing a check, through aahza.com you can simply choose to contribute your rebate money to the causes that you care about.  We can provide all or part of your rebate to any verifiable cause that you choose.  And when you give, we at aahza.com will donate our own money to your total contribution; we’ll add 10% of your contribution amount to the cause of your choice.
How do I add my cause to the list? [Top]
  • Just email to mycause@aahza.com.  We will process and email back a confirmation in most cases 2 business days.
Will I receive Tax Deductions? [Top]
  • Aahza does not validate the tax-deductibility of donations that you send to your cause. I t is your sole responsibility to document donations and to determine whether donations to your cause are tax-deductible.  It is the charity’s responsibility to send tax donation receipts to you.
